Learn how early Americans prepared and cooked for large dinner parties like what most of us experience during the Thanksgiving holiday. Our costumed interpreters will demonstrate how to cook a fall harvest meal over an open hearth in the Hoggatt House. Food samples are unavailable to the public. Demonstration only. FREE. All ages welcome. Drop-in.
