The weight keeps climbing until there’s only one thing left to do—get that log overhead. If the log starts dancing, so will the crowd. Get under it, stand tall, and keep Steady Loggin’. ???? MAX LOG — 1 REP It’s log… you know what to do. Unlimited attempts until failure (i.e., once you fail a lift, you're done) Did I mention STATE RECORDS are on the line? Gettin' Stoned in Horse Shoe BendAround Horseshoe Bend, getting stoned is perfectly legal… as long as it’s made of concrete.  No rolling papers required. Just a tacky-covered shirt, a strong back, and enough grit to keep stacking rocks until the whistle blows. Load every boulder like you’re building the biggest cat condo Arkansas has ever seen.  Again, it's Stones or sand stones.  Pick them up, put them down over a yoke or on a platform. Women 42", Men 48".  We are going to make this one fun. Kitty YeetTrap Neuter Return (TNR) kitties* Trap – Kitties may be stuck in a tree, trapped in an abandoned building, or in a box. Athletes must humanely trap the kitties with their bare hands or approved gloves, wrist wraps, and elbow wraps. Athletes schedule appointment(s) to safely transport kitties to the vet.**Neuter – To neuter kitties, athlete must carefully throw kitties over the bar. Kitties must completely clear the bar and land on the ground. Bar height will vary by weight class. If your kitty has complications and gets stuck it’s up to you to save the kitty by any means necessary and return kitty home as quickly as possible.Return – You must return kitty to where it came from. For example, White cat must be returned to White’s home; Black cat must be returned to Black’s home. Save 3 cats and get bragging rights of being the best TNR StrongPerson in Arkansas and receive the Outback Kitty Seal of Approval.*kitties are Cerberus throwing bags weighing 25, 35, and 45 pounds **vet is a yoke with a banner for Natural State Veterinary Services Kitty Yeet FAQs: 1. How will we score the Kitty Yeet? Athletes receive 1 point for each successful TNR (i.e., 1 point for TNRing White cat, 1 point for TNRing Black cat, and 1 point for TNRing Gray cat). If athlete fails to return a kitty to exact spot, then no points will be awarded. Scores will range from 0 to 3 points on the Kitty Yeet. 2. May athletes transport more than one kitty at a time? Yes, athletes may transport one or more kitties. 3. How high do we need to throw kitties? Approximately 8 feet for women and 12 feet for men.  This competition is part of our annual fundraiser for Outback Kitty Haven, a 501(c)3 that provides no cost spays and neuters to community cats, including Trap Neuter Return (TNR). By working with our local veterinarian at Natural State Veterinary Services we’ve spayed/neutered over a THOUSAND cats, which prevents thousands of unwanted kittens. There will be changes of course. But, this competition is to give back to athletes that are always there for us. The love and support from the Strongman community has been great and as always, we love to give back.
