Old School Strongman 2027 January 16th 2027 Swamp City Fitness Gainesville, Florida The ONLY qualifier being held in the United States Standard rules for old school strongman world selecton Disciplines: Zercher + Log Lift + Deadlift = Total  Women: U54 • U64 • U73 • U82 • 82+ • Masters U73 • Masters 73+ • Masters 50+ • Masters 60+  Men: U70 • U80 • U90 • U105 • U120 • 120+ • Masters U90 • Masters U105 • Masters 105+ • Masters 50+ • Masters 60+ Sub-Junior U18 (15-18 years old) overall Wilks Junior U23 (19-23 years old) U90, 105, 105+ Military (military, police, firefighters, special services) and war veterans: Men 80, 90, 105, 120, 120+; Masters Women 73, 73+ Rules: 1 Zercher  time limit: 60 seconds  attempts: 3 attempts valid repetition: knees, hips, head “through” and upright back. not allowed: deadlift suit, briefs baby oil, baby powder, tacky, any kind of straps or wraps. allowed: all kind of belts, sleeves. Equipment standard: standard plates (45 cm) Barbell: all kind of barbells are allowed but standard length (220 cm) 2 time limit: 60 seconds  attempts: 3 attempts  valid repetition: knees, elbows and shoulders locked out and head “through”. The log cannot be rested on the top of the head during the lift. not allowed: elbow wraps, multiple wraps per elbow (no cuffs over or under sleeves), tacky, straps  allowed: all kind of elbow sleeves, belts and wrist wraps Equipment standard: diameter of log: 27-32 cm for men, 22-27 for women 3Deadlift time limit: 60 seconds attempts: 3 attempts valid repetition: knees, hips and shoulders locked out and head “through”. not allowed: deadlift suit, briefs baby oil, baby powder, tacky, figure-8-straps allowed: all kind of belts, sleeves, wraps and regular straps Equipment standard: standard plates (45 cm) Barbell: all kind of barbells are allowed but standard length (220 cm) Would you like to be part of the 2026 World Selection?
